We’re a family-owned farm in Driftwood, Texas, dedicated to raising Air Chilled, Pasture Raised poultry through regenerative agriculture that restores soil health and supports local ecosystems.
Our birds live outdoors on fresh pasture, foraging naturally and receiving Certified Organic, non-GMO feed — never antibiotics or hormones. The result is nutrient-dense, flavorful chicken raised with care for the land, animals, and our community.

Our Practices
Our birds are raised the way nature intended — on fresh Texas pasture with sunshine, clean air, and room to roam. Moved regularly across the land, they help build healthy soil through rotational grazing and natural fertilization. Fed a certified organic, non-GMO, plant-based diet free from antibiotics, hormones, and animal by-products, they grow at a natural pace that produces healthier birds and exceptional flavor — a reflection of our commitment to honest, responsible farming.
